EREA Aseptic Isolator
An aseptic isolator is a pharmaceutical equipment designed for the protection of aseptic preparations. It has a main chamber and gloves attached to the walls. These elements allow the handling, packaging and storage of products under fully aseptic conditions. The containment area is secure and provides a high level of protection. The isolator is also equipped with transfer systems to ensure containment during product insertion and retrieval.
The aseptic isolator is used to maintain containment of products during handling and is protected from contamination. When handling hazardous products, the containment area simultaneously protects personnel and the environment. The equipment can also be used for other applications, such as dosing and weighing operations and the production of therapy drugs.

The aseptic isolators designed and manufactured by our engineers offer a class A environment. They guarantee the integrity of the process and ensure the protection of the operator and the environment thanks to their design in compliance with standards (electrical, mechanical, safety, process…).
The aseptic isolator manufactured by EREA guarantees a class A environment thanks to the laminar flow technology. Depending on your process requirements, we are able to provide you with customised models (including isolator dimensions and design). There are two-glove, three-glove, four-glove and fully customised models. The isolator can also be supplied in multi-station or single-station versions and can incorporate accessories and technologies for additional applications: presses and squeezers, freeze dryers, formulation and characterisation equipment, OEM equipment.
In addition, the EREA aseptic isolator is ergonomically designed. It features oval glove rings, straight or oval work faces, customisable glove ring tilt and placement, custom storage solutions, PLC/HMI touch screen control.
The solutions we offer ensure easy and efficient cleanability and decontamination (H202) thanks to a one-piece boiler room design with rounded corners.
