We rigorously qualify your equipment for optimum performance, in two phases:
- FAT (Factory Acceptance Test): Qualification of equipment according to predefined protocols, ensuring that it is in good working order before delivery.
- SAT (Site Acceptance Test): Validation of the installation on site, including :
- Flow velocity distribution and homogeneity map.
- Accurate particle counting.
- Verification of filter assembly tightness and dust class.
- Recorded smoke test, demonstrating flow homogeneity and absence of turbulence.
Comprehensive controls for ongoing compliance
Our rigorous checks ensure that the classification of your facilities and equipment is maintained, in accordance with standard test methods (ISO 14644). We carry out :
- Precise particle counts.

An inspection report is drawn up for each intervention. If necessary, test protocols are drawn up. EREA ensures the requalification of equipment during interventions. All testing equipment used by EREA is periodically calibrated; calibration certificates are provided.
