Some of our team members recently took part in the AEC DISC training — a personal and professional development tool that helps better understand individual behaviors… and improve communication within teams.
By discovering their profile among the 4 main types (Dominant, Influential, Steady, or Conscientious), each participant was able to better understand their own way of functioning — and learn how to adapt to others.
This training was a great opportunity to strengthen team cohesion, improve communication, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Better understanding each other means working better together!
