Some Made in France to relocate our industry!
Here is the challenge we took on: the designing of a complex aseptic toxic isolator as well as 3 Microbiological Safety Cabinets to bring an Australian production back to France.
A project marked by real engineering and design challenges:
- Structural innovation: A “reversed” airlock to the chamber to ensure direct connection between two rooms, and one of the 3 Microbiological Safety
- Cabinets (MSC) is directly connected to the isolator via that airlock.
- XXL dimensions: A chamber nearly 1.5m high with a 2.5m long glass window equipped with 7 glove ports.
- Autonomy & Safety: A Laminar flow under negative pressure and an integrated air handling unit (AHU).
The Excellence of our partners:
For a total performance, we incorporated cutting-edge technologies:
A @Frewitt mill integrated into the isolator.
@Mettler Toledo scales on all the equipment.
A 100% custom made project!
Proud of the work done by the teams!
