Our latest example: the production of a Hydrogen Peroxide (H₂O₂) Biodecontamination Pass-Through, designed to allow the safe transfer of equipment into controlled areas while ensuring a high level of contamination control and operator safety.
This pass-through, replacing an existing system, meets very precise dimensional requirements and features 100% fresh air flow, providing:
- Optimal zone protection through a vertical unidirectional airflow ISO 5 (in accordance with ISO 14644-1);
- Product protection via ultra-clean air sweeping with HEPA H14 filtration;
- Complete decontamination of both the area and the equipment through H₂O₂ injection.
