The isolator in these pictures has been installed at one of our customers in eastern Europe for 6 years, we had to make program modifications last week. It turned out that our team encountered additional problems that were unexpected. Everything was repaired directly; this is also what customer service means for our company.
For information, these after-sales services represent about a quarter of our global activity, we intervene on all our equipment but also on competitors ones, especially when they don’t want to intervene, which unfortunately happens very often.
