When things aren’t going well, we say so, but when they are going well it’s rare to get any feedback. Today, we’re at the end of the QIQO for this batch, and the feedback so far has been nothing but positive: the first batch to be received at fill and finish, the EREA teams were quick to resolve any problems, and the batch with the fewest reservations on receipt.
