These last weeks, we’ve been working on small projects in our workshops at Erea! A horizontal laminar flow cabinet has been completed. It is designed to protect both the working area and the product.
This equipment will be installed in a class C cleanroom. The goal of the cabinet is to ensure the protection of both the area by a unidirectional horizontal and recirculation flow & the exposed products by a horizontal sweep of ultra-clean air.
The bio safety cabinet is composed of two air return plenums, a fan plenum, and a supply plenum with standard H14 HEPA filtration. PETG panels frame the entire working area providing horizontal air guidance and limiting the risk of induction.
